ATCA Signaling blade

 

The ATCA (AdvancedTCA) Signaling Blade from TietoEnator is a flexible system consisting of a combination of hardware and signaling software for AdvancedTCA-based systems. ATCA Signaling Blade is designed to meet the extreme requirements on reliability, capacity and scalability, normally required in telecom network core nodes.

The ATCA Signaling Blade is intended for telecom equipment manufacturer, system integrators, application developers and network operators implementing telecom core & radio network connectivity in a ATCA system. The software is optimized for the Intel IA32 architecture, taking advantage of the latest improvements in CPU design.

The main benefit of the ATCA Signaling Blade is the extremely good scalability and reliability achieved by TietoEnator's unique distributed architecture. Other benefits of the solution are very high link capacity, simultaneous support for all types of transport, high performance and ATCA Signaling Blade  is designed for high availability.
